Wow, this wedding was one for the books. Kalene and Fahd’s big day was a multi-cultural celebration that included a surprise Hawaiian hula dance by Kalene to titilate her new groom and an elaborate 3-song Bollywood production by the entire wedding party.
Married this September at the Wedgewood Sequoia Mansion, their semi-traditional nuptuals came after two other ceremonies that celebrated each of their own family’s traditions and cultures. This time around, Kalene and Fahd’s ceremony was led by her father who wrote almost his entire script in hilarious, rhyming verse. It was fitting for this joyful and playful wedding party who were full of enthusiasm and ready to party.
The only thing that seemed to be amiss was Kalene’s veil (odd since the bride forgot a veil at Michelle’s last wedding too!) She realized part-way into the reception and hooked it up for her hula dance.
Congratulations are doubly in order for this wonderful couple as they are expecting their first child in 2015!
