What a party was had to celebrate Jessica and Jonathan’s marriage! These kids like dancing and even the bride’s daughters, who were flower girls got into the action.
The day started at Wedgwood David Girard Vineyards, where the ceremony was held. We then got to take advantage of the beautiful backdrops there for family portraits and a bride and groom mini-session in the vineyard. The latter ended with Jonathan ceremoniously carrying his new bride down the aisles of grapes; Jessica’ s incredible bridal shoes were not made for walking.
The couple’s son, Micah, was also in attendance. I got to meet him a few months ago during their engagement session and, it was a picture of cuteness watching him and his dad greet guests together at the reception, which was held at the Sequoia Mansion. Unfortunately he wasn’t looking so chipper by the end of the night, naked except for a diaper and all-but collapsed on the shoulder of one of the many friends and relatives who helped take care of him while mom and dad celebrated.
I have to give a special shoutout to Cocomont event staging who did a fabulous job of transforming the Sequoia’s ballroom from floor-to-ceiling and in-theme with the rest of the wedding.
What a truly beautiful wedding with lots of spectacular details!
