I just spent a rainy (but lovely!) day with Jasmin and Logan in Old Town Sacramento photographing their engagement session. Logan, in true gentleman fashion, held the umbrella for his bride-to-be so she stayed dry and comfortable during the downpours. Some couples may cringe at the thought of a rainy and wet engagement shoot, but not these troopers. There’s just something so romantic about kissing in the rain – and Jasmin and Logan proved that they definitely know how to pull it off!
This day has been a long time coming for these two lovebirds, as it has been almost 10 years since they first met while both working at In-N-Out Burger. Flash forward to their 3 year anniversary at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse where Logan popped the question after popping a bottle of bubbly. Burgers may have been the beginning for these two, but something tells me steak is definitely the future! I’m so excited for their wedding this August. I always love engagement sessions because it gives the bride and groom and opportunity to clue me in on their personal style and all those fun wedding details. Jasmin mentioned that their wedding is focused on the family, so I am definitely preparing myself for a day filled with lots of love and laughter.
Thank you Jasmin and Logan for inviting me to capture your love story in pictures. And special thanks to my friend Nate who put on his rain boots and assisted in their engagement session!
